Job Description

The Associate Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a caseload of RTA serious injury claims in value of £150k - £5m.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with medical experts and rehabilitation providers.
  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in hearings.
  • Contributing to the development of junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

The Associate Solicitor should be:

  • 6+ years PQE with experience in serious injury or personal injury law.
  • Experienced in case manegement systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
