Opportunity: Entry level growth consultant - Cambridge Based

We are looking for a graduate with a strong interest in technology to join our team at our startup, HJL Consulting. HJL provides commercial consulting services for preseed to series A fundraising, organisational growth, talent acquisition, executive search and board advisory for a range of cutting edge AI focused startups and scaleups across Europe.

This role will cover all aspects of our business. Primarily, it will focus on resourcing Machine Learning and AI engineers for our clients engineering teams, with the eventual goal of fast tracking you to be responsible for client relationships and working on a broader scale of challenges, whilst having a foot in the door before we scale rapidly.

We offer a £24k base salary, with the expectation that if you perform at a solid standard, this will reach £50k with our significantly above standard commission package.

Requirements

• 2:1 Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong ambition to succeed and take significant project ownership from the get-go.
• Preference for non-English European Language speakers.
• Willing to work in central Cambridge.
