Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in our Cambridge office),

  • Support the development and delivery of internal communications campaigns and initiatives
  • Liaise with senior leaders to craft compelling messages and updates
  • Assist in the creation of content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, and video
  • Contribute to media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and media pitches
  • Monitor media coverage and support the press office with reactive and proactive communications
  • Assist in planning and creating content for Illumina's social media platforms
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events
  • Help manage logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Provide day-to-day support across the communications function
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and storytelling
