Someone who understands our mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet & performance.

Since Red Bull gave us Wings 16 years ago, we’ve created award-winning, disruptive and additive communication campaigns. Campaigns rooted in human truth, that solve real problems, shape popular culture and empower us all to be creatively brave.

Whether it’s PR, influencer or social content campaigns, or real-world brand experiences and events, we get people sharing and keep them talking.

About the Role

You’ll be the senior client servicing lead across a diverse portfolio, guiding integrated teams and shaping impactful, measurable campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone with strong foundations in influencer marketing and client leadership, who’s ready to grow with hands-on guidance. You’ll be trusted with financial management, campaign direction, and team mentorship—with plenty of support to help you thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the strategic point of contact across key accounts
  • Lead teams to deliver on KPIs, budgets, and timelines
  • Champion measurement tools to ensure performance and insights are at the heart of everything we do
  • Drive collaboration and integration across teams
  • Own account income tracking and forecasting with accuracy
  • Oversee scopes of work, budgets, and contracts
  • Spot and act on opportunities for improved profitability and efficiency
  • Keep team resource planning updated and aligned

People & Team Development

  • Mentor and coach Account Directors and junior team members
  • Support growth through development plans and performance reviews
  • Help shape future resourcing through workstream planning

Growth & Client Development

  • Lead quarterly planning to identify retention and growth opportunities
  • Support new business through pitch leadership and strategic input
  • Contribute to the agency’s reputation with case studies and industry thought leadership

Agency Culture & Representation

  • Live and breathe our values
  • Help make PrettyGreen a place people love to work
  • Actively represent our work within your networks

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is…

  • A proactive, solutions-focused self-starter
  • Passionate about building long-term client relationships
  • Comfortable with numbers and campaign performance analysis
  • Excited by mentoring others and supporting team growth
  • Confident and collaborative—with just the right mix of humility
  • Committed to inclusive, respectful leadership

What You’ll Get

  • A supportive culture with a strong focus on well-being and career growth
  • Inclusive, flexible hybrid working
  • Coaching and mentoring opportunities
  • Access to exciting projects with iconic brands
  • A role that grows with you
