Alnylam is seeking a progressive, dynamic, business-focused HR Business Partner to support our Clinical Development Organization. Reporting to the Head of Development & Medical Affairs HR, this HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering on the people and organizational strategy in partnership with key senior leaders in our Clinical Development organization (including but not limited to Clinical Operations, Data Science & Statistics, and Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics). This is an exciting time to join Alnylam in its mission to bring a new class of medicine to market as part of a well-respected and highly effective HR team.
