Job Title: Assistive Technologies Product Specialist

Salary: £30,000 base + £5,000 OTE (Negotiable for the right person)

Location: Remote working with some travel required, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am–5:30 pm

Join Hypertec as a Product Specialist, working closely with resellers, clients, and internal teams to provide expertise on a range of products and services. Your goal will be to ensure end-users receive optimal solutions to enhance their independence and help employers build sustainable, future-ready workplaces.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert support and training on assistive technology products to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and end-users, including demonstrations and reasonable adjustment services.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, recommend tailored AT solutions, and support sales through quotations and lead follow-ups.
  3. Deliver engaging training sessions such as workshops, webinars, and on-site demos to educate stakeholders on product use and benefits.
  4. Build relationships with resellers and clients to generate new business opportunities.
  5. Gather user feedback, monitor market trends, and liaise with manufacturers on new technologies to contribute to product development.
