The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a key role within the Workplace Service Delivery Team, supporting contract management and acting as the primary contact for workplace services at designated sites.
This role involves engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, managing contract delivery, resolving customer issues, and overseeing low-value projects. The Assistant Workplace Manager ensures service standards are met, drives improvements, and supports the GPA’s goal of creating great workplaces.
