The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a key role within the Workplace Service Delivery Team, supporting contract management and acting as the primary contact for workplace services at designated sites.

This role involves engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, managing contract delivery, resolving customer issues, and overseeing low-value projects. The Assistant Workplace Manager ensures service standards are met, drives improvements, and supports the GPA’s goal of creating great workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workplace supplier service delivery, ensuring standards, safety, value, and procurement guidelines are followed.
  • Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
  • Use management information for audits and service improvements.
  • Manage rechargeable works, reactive tasks, and new projects, including cost control and reporting.
  • Coordinate with GPA stakeholders for advice and guidance.
  • Act as Deputy for the Workplace Manager when required.
