A leading educational institution in Plymouth is looking for part-time support within Student Wellbeing Services. The role involves assisting a multidisciplinary team with administrative tasks related to student mental health. Candidates should have strong communication skills and an interest in mental health. Flexibility in working hours may be arranged, and remote work is possible upon agreement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team within Student Wellbeing Services at the University of Plymouth. Student Wellbeing Services provide a range of brief targeted support services enabling students to succeed academically.
You will be responsible for supporting a multi-disciplinary team with the relevant administrative processes related to matters of student wellbeing and mental health. This will involve working in a high pace environment and processing complex information, with support and supervision from specialist practitioners as required. You will also contribute to wellbeing, mental health, pastoral and spiritual support related initiatives, campaigns and events throughout the academic year.
This role will require a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 October 2026 due to Business Demand. Working days: Wednesday and Friday full days with the remaining 3.7 hours preferably on a Tuesday but we can be a little flexible around this half day.
Remote working on occasions is available when agreed with manager.
