Assistant Warehouse Supervisor - Evesham
Pay Rate: £13.63 per hour
Hours: 8am-5pm (some flexibility may be required)

We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support smooth daily operations at our Evesham facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership potential, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Overseeing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse using a stock management system
2. Managing daily manifests and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and on time
3. Supporting warehouse staff and helping to maintain high safety standards
4. Checking stock levels, booking deliveries, and assisting with audits and adjustments
5. Communicating with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly
6. Completing essential reports, including purchase and inter-branch order tracking

What We're Looking For:

1. Valid FLT Counterbalance licence - essential
2. Bendi truck experience - highly desirable
3. Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Previous experience in warehouse administration or supervision
5. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
