You will support the Warehouse Manager, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high standards of housekeeping and customer service while maintaining staff development and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution or industrial environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
• A good understanding of health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the warehouse and supervise staff.
• Coordinate goods in/out and warehouse movements, maintain stock accuracy.
• Promote health & safety culture and ensure site standards.
