Job description

Excel Housing Solutions are seeking a full-time Deputy Night Service Manager to join our expanding team. We value motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in alignment with our ethos.

Your working pattern may vary according to the rota, including Monday to Sunday as required, with some out-of-hours on-call responsibilities. Having a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and capable of handling various situations that arise due to the nature of our clients. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. However, effective communication with clients in a focused and solution-oriented manner is important. We welcome applications from individuals with lived experience.

The successful applicant will collaborate with statutory agencies to reduce homelessness, health issues, offending, and harm to the community. Our clients are primarily based in Liverpool, Sefton, and Wirral areas.

All employment offers are subject to an enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references (one from your most recent employer), and proof of right to work in the UK. Applicants with criminal convictions will be considered based on a satisfactory risk assessment.
