A DAY IN THE LIFE
- POE (Point of Experience) Support: Manage the implementation of in-store activations. Ensure that the brand's image standards/guidelines are met and that O+O customer experiences seamlessly link to each other.
- New Stores & Refits: Modify POS navigation to align with brand strategy. Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering POS, testers, and visuals.
- Building & Maintaining Key VM Databases: Ensure the lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date.
- VM calendar: Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar. Communicate POS OCDs (On Counter Dates) and provide updates for each launch.
- Excellence: Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.
- Project management: Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers: Ensure the correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores.
- Control and manage VM costs: Prevent overspending in accordance with Group guidelines, supported by the RDVM Analyst and guided by the Head of VM.
- Field merch support: Dedicate 5 to 10% of the time to directly oversee the London top doors and provide detailed reports.

- Keen eye for detail and appreciation for the brand's essence
- Vision and ability to challenge existing norms and guidelines from DMI
- Comprehensive understanding of the brand and its commercial priorities
- Creative mindset with the ability to understand and question design concepts
- Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Capability to assess and analyze competitors' achievements
- Passion for beauty with a strong aesthetic sense
