Assistant Visual Merchandiser
Our Visual Merchandising team plays a vital role in shaping how customers experience our products in store. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Retail teams, we create engaging, customer-focused displays that bring campaigns and product launches to life. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where creativity and commercial insight come together to influence the customer journey and support business performance across our stores.
As an Assistant Visual Merchandiser, you will support the development and delivery of visual merchandising guidelines that help ensure products are presented in the right place, in the right way and at the right time. You will work across a range of product areas, supporting photography, video creation and layout building, while helping to translate brand and product strategies into practical, store-ready display solutions.
A key part of the role will involve creating visual merchandising packs, product photography and display guidelines that bring our ranges to life in store. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial and Retail teams, you’ll develop clear, engaging communications that support campaigns and product launches, while conducting store visits to review execution and identify opportunities to enhance product presentation. Sales and customer insights will also be used where appropriate to inform layout decisions and optimise displays.
You will bring a balance of creativity and commercial awareness, with the ability to use data and customer insights to support effective visual merchandising decisions. You will be comfortable working across multiple projects, managing competing priorities and delivering work to agreed deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You will also have experience using planogram tools and Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, to create clear and commercially effective layouts. A collaborative approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities will help you succeed in this role.
