We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Relationship Management.

This role focuses on growing our presence in priority accounts by managing relationships with existing and target new executives within those accounts. The position is mapped to four accounts within a specific vertical.

Responsibilities

  1. Understand customer needs and develop compelling proposals for Genpact and its clients.
  2. Win new growth deals within existing accounts to meet and surpass operating plan targets.
  3. Analyze the marketplace and competitors; drive strategic sales initiatives.
  4. Leverage networks to identify potential opportunities and understand competitive offerings.
  5. Engage at the CxO level to build and maintain relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and business impact.
  6. Provide insights into customer financials and drive strategic initiatives to add value.
  7. Establish governance for communication, transparency, and partnership.
  8. Present compelling stories around value propositions orally and in presentations.
  9. Promote cross-selling of Genpact products to deepen client relationships.
  10. Act as an intermediary between the delivery team and the client.
  11. Enhance brand awareness within the client organization and industry.
  12. Participate in industry seminars, meetings, earnings calls, and analyst forums.
  13. Support high-quality RFX responses and collaborate with RFI/RFP teams and finance for profitable proposals.
  14. Provide market intelligence for proposal costing.
  15. Partner with offshore delivery teams to create effective deal solutions.

Qualifications (Minimum)

  1. Proven experience managing clients and closing end-to-end deals, with success in deals of $5M TCV or larger.
  2. Extensive experience in services business, including strategic account management.
  3. Experience with Fortune 500 companies.
  4. MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  5. Strategic consulting experience at a large firm.

  1. Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  2. Ability to work globally and adapt culturally.
  3. Strong communication and executive presentation skills in English.
  4. Ability to engage at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  5. Financial and commercial acumen.

  7. Passion for driving change and solving business challenges.
