About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, globally recognized alternative asset manager. You will collaborate with international teams and external partners to deliver financial insights, support business decision-making, and monitor fund performance. The role involves oversight of fund finance, regulatory reporting, fund performance analysis, and stakeholder management across multiple European funds. You will also lead junior team members and manage external relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver monthly NAVs and validate corporate-level financial activity.
  • Oversee fund liquidity, capital transactions, and inter-company flows.
  • Prepare and present fund performance reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Review and manage externally prepared fund financial statements.
  • Lead financial reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Organize Fund Board meetings and prepare supporting materials.
  • Ensure fund-level compliance through cross-functional coordination.
  • Support valuation processes and NAV calculations.
  • Handle ad hoc technical accounting matters and project work.
Candidate Profile
  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • Experience in a private markets fund finance team.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, particularly with IFRS.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting or portfolio systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
