We are seeking a full-time Assistant Vice President (AVP) to oversee the Client Services team, ensuring delivery aligns with clients’ SLAs. The role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the work delivered by the Client Services teams to ensure quality service delivery
  • Manage budget and financial activities, making recommendations for improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster good business relations and networking
  • Meet and exceed regulatory, internal, and client requirements around governance and risk

Qualifications and experience required include:

  • A professional accounting qualification, along with a degree and/or MBA or equivalent (an advantage)
  • At least 8-9 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry
  • Experience working in a large corporate with global responsibilities
  • Extensive interaction with clients and senior management
  • Experience managing a large team of professionals
