Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to broker enquiries and renewal submissions, delivering quotations within SLAs and underwriting authority.
• Promote the features and benefits of CFC’s Professions products.
• Create and deliver internal and external presentations on products, market trends and risks.
• Conduct research to build technical expertise and stay informed on regulatory developments.
• Contribute to product, system, process and policy improvement projects.
• Support team performance through collaboration and delivery against objectives.
• Develop broker relationships and support marketing initiatives, including occasional US travel.
• Produce management information to monitor team performance.
• Provide general administrative support to the US Professions team.
