Impact of Your Role

• Enter risks, endorsements, quotes, and promised lines into underwriting systems following standard procedures.
• Assist in analyzing and producing reports/statistics for business and financial planning.
• Support underwriters in monitoring and controlling specific accounts.
• Prepare information packs and summaries for underwriters, including broker-supplied material.
• Coordinate with other departments and staff to ensure smooth operations, including Exposure Management, Premium Management, and Claims.
• Communicate effectively with brokers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Operational underwriting experience.
• Knowledge of Political Risk insurance products.
• Studying towards Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of the insurance and Lloyd’s markets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
