Job summary

AmTrust International, via Car Care Plan, is seeking a graduate or early-career professional to join the underwriting team in Bradford. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, market monitoring, and pricing support within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Whether you've gained experience through internships, have had exposure to underwriting or other areas within insurance or you are simply interested in beginning your career within insurance, this role offers hands‑on experience and clear development opportunities., We're looking for a candidate with a strong academic background, ideally in a numerate or business-focused discipline such as Mathematics, Sciences such as Chemistry or Physics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Business. You may have gained some experience in insurance through an internship or up to 1-2 years in a similar role, with any underwriting or insurance exposure considered advantageous but this is not essential. You'll bring strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, alongside solid Excel and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a proactive attitude are key, as is strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
