Blue Arrow in Bellshill is recruiting for an Assistant Transport Manager to join a major distribution operation. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will lead transport teams, drive compliance and oversee fleet performance in a busy 24/7 operation.

This role offers progression into Transport Manager positions, with 4 on 4 off days 06:00 - 18:00 and a salary up to £44,000. You will deputise when required and play a key part in continuous improvement across the network.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Transport Supervisor, Transport Shift Manager, Deputy Transport Manager or Assistant Transport Manager looking to progress their career within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off Days 06:00 - 18:00

Salary Up to £44,000

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy 24/7 transport operation, leading transport teams, driving compliance, managing fleet performance and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.
