This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career planner to join a modern, ambitious practice working on some of the most exciting urban development projects across London and the Southeast.

About the Company
Our client is a dynamic, full-service consultancy delivering expert advice on project feasibility, planning applications, appeals, enforcement and more. Their clients span the property investment, development, and leisure sectors, as well as educational institutions.
With a growing portfolio of projects, including:
- Residential new builds (minor to major scale)
- Leisure and community spaces
- Complex refurbishments and conversions
- Commercial and residential property extensions
the company continues to expand and is now looking to add to their talented team of 25 professionals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Holds a RTPI-accredited degree (or equivalent qualification) in Town Planning or related field
- Some experience in a planning role, ideally through public or private sector work or internships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Ambitious, open-minded, and motivated to contribute to exciting planning projects
