The Assistant to the EA will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow for the Executive Assistant and assisting in managing the Creative Director’s schedule, communications, and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Assistant with scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for the Creative Director.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including organising files, drafting emails, and preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Support the coordination of travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Help manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain office organisation and ensure necessary supplies are available.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support creative projects and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Executive Assistant and Creative Director.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a creative or fast-paced industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in the creative industry (fashion, media, design, or entertainment) is a plus
