What you´ll doThe purpose of this role is to work with the Group CEO’s Principal Personal Assistant to ensure the CEO’s office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be reporting into the Group CEO’s PPA.
We're searching for a proactive and highly efficient Assistant to work with the Group CEO's Principal Personal Assistant to support the CEO's office, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. You will be a trusted, diligent, experienced, and ambitious professional who can anticipate needs, multitask with ease, solve problems, communicate effectively, pay close attention to detail, and work at speed while maintaining a calm and composed demeanour.
Providing full high-level administrative support to the Group CEO’s office on a day-to-day basis. This includes but not limited to:
