About The Role

We are looking for an Assistant to the Chief Executive, to provide a confidential and high-level executive support role to the Chief Executive of RBH, and who will manage the Executive Assistant function to other Executive Directors.

Reporting to the Governance Manager, this role will play a vital role in the overall governance of RBH, supporting the administration of Executive and Senior Leadership meetings and supporting Board and Committee meetings to ensure statutory and governance requirements are met and that RBH meets its legal and regulatory obligations.

Key Areas of Work

  • Assisting with the management of all the Chief Executives correspondence.
  • Circulate information from the Chief Executive to various stakeholders ensuring information is formatted appropriately.
  • Plan and organise the Chief Executive’s calendar, setting up relevant meets as well as making any necessary travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Ensure the Chief Executive is briefed with the relevant paperwork an information in advance of meetings.
  • Maintain the electronic and paper filing system, including updating the CRM system and other systems.
  • Undertake appropriate project work.
  • Act as the Chief Executives point of contact amongst the Executive Team, Board Members, Colleagues and Stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including GSCE Maths and English, grade C/4 and above, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365.

You will have experience of providing executive level administration / secretarial support to senior staff and be experienced in organising and arranging complex meetings including taking and writing minutes up to Board level. You will have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, be pro-active with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
