About the role

We are looking for an Assistant to the Chief Executive to provide confidential, high-level executive support to the Chief Executive of RBH. The role will also involve managing the Executive Assistant functions for other Executive Directors.

Reporting to the Governance Manager, this role is vital for RBH’s governance, supporting the administration of Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, and assisting with Board and Committee meetings to ensure statutory and governance requirements are met, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

Key Areas of Work

  1. Assisting with the management of all correspondence for the Chief Executive.
  2. Circulating information from the Chief Executive to stakeholders, ensuring proper formatting.
  3. Planning and organising the Chief Executive’s calendar, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation.
  4. Preparing the Chief Executive with relevant paperwork and information ahead of meetings.
  5. Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, including updating CRM and other systems.
  6. Undertaking appropriate project work.
  7. Acting as the point of contact for the Chief Executive among the Executive Team, Board Members, colleagues, and stakeholders.

About you

The successful candidate will have a good education, including GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4 or above), and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Experience in providing executive-level administrative or secretarial support to senior staff is required, along with the ability to organise complex meetings, including minute-taking up to Board level. You should be able to work under pressure, be proactive, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
