An exciting opportunity has arisen for an assistant to support the Branding team in our growing Commercial & Branding Division at Curtis Brown Group on a fixed-term contract. This role involves delivering excellent client care and systems administration to maximize success for clients across the agency in their commercial endeavors. It includes ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting agents working on brand partnerships, endorsements, and digital campaigns. The division operates as a service department across Curtis Brown Group’s agencies, focusing on building brand relationships to complement clients’ work. This assistant would focus on clients in the Actors department.
Duties:
Client Care – all clients:
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of Curtis Brown Group talent and their engagement with the Branding team.
- Ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and regularly updated in the talent database.
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients, agencies, production companies, fashion houses, PR agencies, and brand contacts to seek opportunities for clients.
- Coordinating logistics for clients’ schedules, including travel and event attendance, ensuring all needs are met and issues addressed promptly.
- Establishing effective communication with primary talent agents and their assistants.
- Keeping teams updated on potential work and scheduling.
Branding and Digital Support:
- Assessing potential new clients and assisting agents in highlighting clients’ strengths for campaigns and briefs.
- Tracking brand briefs, following up on proposals, and seeking feedback from brands and agencies.
- Monitoring client work for newsworthiness and updating the talent database.
- Organizing elements of brand campaigns, including event attendance, PR, and social media schedules.
Support with Contracts and Finance:
- Managing contracts, ensuring they are recorded and accessible.
- Tracking contract signing and chasing delays.
- Following up on late invoices and updating agents on financial issues.
- Liaising with relevant teams for client travel visas.
General Office and Department Administration:
- Handling calls and routine inquiries.
- Managing office admin tasks, including inbox management and task tracking.
- Communicating internally and sharing information with the team.
- Registering visitors and providing a welcoming environment.
- Arranging attendance at meetings or events, including travel and reservations.
