We are looking for 2 x Assistant Technical Service Managers for 2 Fit Out & Refurb contractors in London.
One role would be more focused on Complex Heavy Refurb schemes, involving manipulation of existing buildings, adding floors, revamping facades, and M&E systems.
The other role would be more aligned with straight "Fit Out" projects, either stripping back to shell and core and fitting out to landlord CAT A standards or entering at a CAT A stage and completing to end user CAT B standards.
Both roles offer the opportunity to learn and work closely with some of the industry's best professionals.
