We are seeking 2 Assistant Technical Service Managers for two Fit Out & Refurbishment contractors in London.

Role 1: Focused on Complex Heavy Refurbishment projects, involving manipulation of existing buildings, adding floors, revamping facades, and M&E installations.

Role 2: Concentrated on straightforward 'Fit Out' projects, either stripping back to shell and core for landlord CAT A fit-out or progressing from CAT A to end-user CAT B fit-out stage.
