Based at The Bluebell Centre and located in Chelmsley Wood, our Community Occupational Therapy Team supports people of all ages to remain safe, independent, and connected within their own homes and communities.

As an Assistant Team Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership, support and supervision to a team of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Working alongside the Principal Occupational Therapist/Team Manager and fellow Assistant Team Managers, you will help ensure the delivery of a high-quality, responsive and outcome-focused service.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 7 October and Friday 9 October 2026 at the Council House, Solihull. As part of the assessment process you will be required to complete a relevant work related test.
