South Tyneside Council is seeking someone to work alongside the Team Manager to provide robust leadership and management of our Let\'s Talk Team based in Clarendon, Hebburn. This is initially a 12-month fixed-term post. The Let\'s Talk Team is the single point of contact into Adult Social Care in South Tyneside and the first point of communication for members of the public and professionals. You will work with the team to ensure people are supported in the most proportionate way to meet their needs, and to embed good practice, and you will have close links to services in the local areas which are available to enable the Let\'s Talk Team to connect people to the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
