Overview

Assistant Team Manager in Sutton Locality Team. Supporting the team manager in supervising staff, managing caseloads, and maintaining management oversight in service delivery in line with key performance indicators. Liaising with customers and delivering complex services. Leading on development of specific policies and procedures and coordination of work of the team. Promoting early help and prevention and ensuring robust assessments and reviews. Leading on reflective practice and managing performance. Carrying a limited caseload of complex work, being accountable to the team manager and carrying out other duties as required.

£39.05 per hour
