About the Role
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will lead and support a small team of social workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This is a non-caseholding role focused on delivering high-quality supervision and ensuring best practice in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work
  • Active registration with Social Work England
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
