Are you currently an experienced ATM or Advanced Practitioner looking to make the step up to Team Manager?

This is the perfect opportunity to join a highly regarded council in the Maidenhead area, known for in-house progression and excellent staff support.

This role is within their Children in Care service, where you will be part of a close-knit team comprising a Team Manager and Social Workers who work directly with children in care and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC).

While being an experienced Assistant Team Manager is a benefit, the council is also open to considering experienced and supportive Senior Social Workers and Advanced Practitioners capable of developing into leadership roles and advancing their careers.

Salaries range from £53,869 - £58,869
