We are looking to recruit an Assistant Team Manager in the NCN teams. There is a permanent post in the NCN North team.

Internal only.

The team works with adults from the age of 18. The team fully embraces the spirit of the Social Services Well Being (Wales) Act 2014; ensuring citizens of Newport are at the centre of work we do, building up relationships with partner agencies in the community, working jointly with health, looking at developing new and innovative services. The team works in an outcome focussed way, working with people to achieve their individual outcomes, ensuring that what matters to each individual is captured in the work we do. The team welcomes new ideas and creativity in Social Work practice. Opportunities will be provided for career development.

The Assistant Team Manager will provide onsite support to staff and interface with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery. The role will also include supporting the Team Manager in managing and developing the service.
