A local government authority in Banbury is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to support and lead Family Solutions Plus teams. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, enhancing parenting capacity and delivering effective services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, along with experience in managing team dynamics and delivering quality assessments. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary range of £48,710 to £51,802 annually.
