Job summary

LLE Education Group is seeking dedicated educators to join our growing community of schools in Stafford, VA. The role focuses on supporting the Lead Teacher in caring for and educating young children, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth through collaborative planning and engaging activities.

You will work with a team to develop lessons, maintain a safe, organized learning space, and regularly communicate progress with families via apps and conversations.

Qualifications

  • Genuine enthusiasm for teaching young children.
  • Reliability and dependability; you are someone our students and colleagues can rely on.
  • Expertise in creating engaging, patient, and flexible learning environments.
  • Successful background check and meeting VA licensing standards.
  • Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program.
  • Minimum of one year of field-related experience.
  • Must be 16 years of age (18+ with high school diploma or equivalent preferred).
