Responsibilities
  • Work closely with class teachers to support pupils in their learning and development
  • Assist with the full planning cycle and help manage and prepare classroom resources
  • Be part of a dedicated and supportive team committed to making a difference
  • Leading whole-class sessions during the teacher’s non-contact time or short-term absence
  • Support pupils with a range of special educational and complex needs
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and therapeutic learning environment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and personal care plans, which may include attending to personal hygiene needs and administering medication

Qualifications and start
