A long-established firm of Chartered Accountants, boasting an impressive client base and sustained longevity within their market, is seeking to expand its team.
As the firm continues to grow and evolve, a new opportunity has been created for an experienced mixed-tax professional to support senior management with a range of tax compliance requirements, review responsibilities, and assist with advisory projects and business development activities.
The firm has recently invested significantly in technology and aims to develop future managers and leaders internally. This role offers genuine progression and advisory opportunities.
The team works on a hybrid basis (4 days per week) and values training and development of trainees, effective collaboration, and shared technical expertise. The role involves reviewing and overseeing a varied portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals, professional partnerships, business owners, large companies, and fast-growing OMBs. The Partner is also eager to mentor those interested in developing business development and commercial skills.
Ideal candidates will be ATT qualified with at least 4 years of experience in a reputable accounting firm's tax team. CTA qualification or willingness to study towards it is advantageous. You should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively within a proactive team of multi-skilled tax advisers.
Salary is up to £42,000 (DOE) plus benefits. A full study support package is provided if applicable.
