Job summary

Places for People Group is seeking an Assistant Swimming Teacher to support swimming lessons from babies to adults. You will work closely with the Swimming Teacher to help swimmers develop skills and confidence in the water, potentially leading a small group under supervision.

The role requires the Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent, and a passion for working with children. The benefits package includes health & fitness membership and various discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in swimming lessons under supervision and help swimmers develop skills and confidence in the water.

More about your role

As an Assistant Swimming Teacher you will support the Swimming Teacher in swimming lessons from babies to adults. You'll work closely with the Swimming Teacher in supporting swimmers develop their skills and confidence in the water. Within lessons, you may be responsible for a small group of learners learning a specific skill, under the direction of the Swimming Teacher
