Job summary

Energy Vault is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to drive our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda within the construction sector. The role involves supporting sustainability initiatives by managing data, contributing to reports, and engaging with internal teams to foster real change. Candidates should have a degree related to construction or environmental science, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Sustainability Specialist (Growth Role)

We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to support and grow our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.

As part of our dedicated Sustainability Team, you’ll help implement and evolve our strategy, working across live projects, internal teams, and our supply chain to deliver measurable social and environmental impact. You’ll gather and manage data, support reporting, contribute to training and engagement programmes, and represent Hill in sector initiatives such as NextGeneration benchmarking.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in sustainability or a technical role (ideally in construction or housebuilding) who is eager to specialise and grow in this field.

What We’re Looking For:
