Wates Smartspace is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor with an MEP background to join our commercial team in Leatherhead. You will support budgets, cost plans, and subcontract procurement on high-profile fit-out projects, working closely with project managers and senior colleagues.
Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or construction, with exposure to MEP services, strong numerical skills and a proactive attitude to development within a busy environment.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) background or experience to join our commercial team based in Leatherhead.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their commercial career while working alongside experienced professionals on high-profile fit out and refurbishment projects.
Supporting the commercial team, you will assist in the effective financial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project managers, supply chain partners and senior commercial colleagues, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of quantity surveying within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
