Assistant Stylist (Trainee Dog Groomer) – Weston Super Mare – 20 Hours

Who are we?

We’re Pets at Home – a company known for our Pet Care Centres, including Pets Grooming salons and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?

Our Assistant Stylists are vital to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care and gain a basic understanding of grooming techniques, handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation. We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, with opportunities to earn through our Earn As You Learn programmes and additional pay supplements.

Who are we looking for?

• People passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible individuals who can work a shift pattern across 6 days a week, with a minimum of 20 hours, often more during busy periods.
• Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Comfortable working in target-driven environments.
