The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills in preparing and clipping dogs for grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide you with training, skills, and knowledge to deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible. Due to the busy retail environment, you must be able to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week; we are closed on Sundays. You will have a minimum contract of 39 hours, but may work additional hours during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting is desirable but not essential (please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience). Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
