The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are key to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care while demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming prep.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You will enjoy a competitive base salary and opportunities for growth through training and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays), with a minimum of 39 hours, often more during busy periods.
• Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Preferably accustomed to target-driven environments, but willing to work in one if not.
