The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are vital to our grooming salons' success. You will deliver high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills in dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, aligning with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive salary and support your growth with comprehensive training, including Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We seek individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). You will have a minimum contract of 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting is desirable but not essential (note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience). Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to learn if not.
