The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. We offer a competitive pay and support your growth through comprehensive training and development, including Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required.
• Experience with dogs in a grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to learn if not.
