The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are vital to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care while demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive pay structure and support your growth through comprehensive training and development, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience).
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to learn if new to it.
