The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming concepts such as handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive base pay, comprehensive training, development opportunities, including Earn as You Learn programmes, and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). You will have a minimum contract of 39 hours, with additional hours during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience. Ideally, you have experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to learn if not.
