Join Our Groom Room Team: Assistant Stylist Wanted!

The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are vital to our grooming salons’ success. You will provide high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic skills in dog grooming, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming prep.

We will provide training and development, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements, to help you deliver excellent service and grow your career.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays), with a minimum of 39 hours, often more during busy periods.
• Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
