The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are vital to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills related to dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and additional skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). A minimum of 39 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. (Bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.)
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to learn if not.
